I then assume full responsibility for inaccurate or incomplete information, either submitted or received. I agree that Seco Investigative Services is held harmless for errors and/or omissions, and cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of reports for the fee or fees charged. I attest that whatever information I obtain from Seco Investigative Services will be used for legitimate purposes and lawful purposes. I additionally hold Seco Investigative Services and its providers harmless in any action and/or litigation resulting from the use, misuse or reliability on the information supplied. I acknowledge that fees are for searches and not the actual information. While Seco Investigative Services attempts to obtain valid information, Seco Investigative Services provides no guarantees or warranties, implied or expressed, as to information retrieved or provided.

The information provided must be used for the purpose of identifying or further identifying a subject, or to ascertain a location of a subject. The information provided should not be used in whole or in part to determine eligibility for credit or insurance. If adverse action or litigation is taken against a consumer subject, based on whole or in part of information provided by Seco Investigative Services, then its veracity must be ascertained from a separate source prior to the commencement of adverse action and/or litigation. The information provided by us to you is to be used to offer or uncover leads for you to follow. As a pre-requisite for receiving our database, or our provider's database, information, you must have a permissible purpose for such information.

Legitimate reasons for requesting the use of our service follow:

• Legal research.
• Background verification.

Any violation will result in immediate termination of service and will be reported to the appropriate state or federal agency. I further certify that I understand that there are no refunds for services ordered. I authorize the bank or company that issued my credit card to accept this order and any future orders with the same authority as if this was my original signature and credit card imprint.
